Becoming Catholic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) group at St. Francis Xavier Lurnea is responsible for preparing adults who wish to become Catholics. The RCIA is a process whereby those interested in learning about the Catholic faith come together on a weekly basis to learn about the scriptures and the teachings of the Catholic Church, and at the same time, to discover where God is present in their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The RCIA takes place within a parish community in company with others on a similar journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
